I started out with a base of Barielle Sunshine and sponged with Barielle Lily of the Valley and Wet 'n Wild Buffy the Violet Slayer. I did actually stamp over that, but it didn't come through, so we'll just pretend that I didn't. Instead I used glitter and bullion beads to make a mask and bead strands...
I really need to get more metallic bullion beads as the glass ones just didn't give me the effect that I really wanted. Love the gold strands though...
Let me know what you think of this!
Have a wonderful day :)
Thanks for looking!

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you all like my Mardi Gras manicure attempt. It was fun to create the bead strands and mask :)
ReplyDelete@Adria, You crack me up! I suppose I did have to start with nakie nails before adding colors and beads, so yes! LOL ;)
Great manicure, I just love the combination of everything! :) Reminds me of smth oriental though, instead of Mardi Gras - but we all have our very own associations in our heads :)
ReplyDelete@ritterbraten, I'm glad you like it. It didn't come out quite as I had planned. The colors were a bit too sheer and blended more than I wanted. At least they were Mardi Gras themed and it was fun to make :D
