InDecisive Snowstorm with Messy Mansion Icicles...

Hi Everyone! In 'honor' of the snow storm that is sweeping across a large part of the US, I've got some more winter-y nail art to show you today. This features a beautiful indie polish named Snowstorm, which inspired the manicure. The addition of chilly Messy Mansion icicles, makes me happy to be safe and warm right now at home...

For this manicure I used a base of InDecisive Snowstorm, a white crelly with blue glitter. Full swatches of this beauty are further down in this post. I stamped the icicles using Messy Mansion plate MM27 with Essie Blue Rhapsody...

A quick look at the beautiful Messy Mansion plate MM27 (available here). This fire & ice plate is crammed with gorgeous designs. It measures 7cm in diameter and the images are perfect for short and long nails alike. Just as other Messy Mansion plates that I have tried before, it is etched very well and stamps perfectly. The large 'empty' space in the image on the right can be tricky to work with, however, not impossible. You can be sure that I'll have some fire manicures to come, but for today I chose the icicles which complimented Snowstorm so well...

The metallic Blue Rhapsody blinded my camera and the photos don't do this manicure justice...

InDecisive Nail Lacquer Snowstorm
A white crelly base filled with a mix of blue glitter in different shades, shapes and sizes. It also has a beautiful blue shimmer that I think adds a touch a frosty coolness to it. This lacquer has a good formula and it applies very well. Each brush stroke is loaded with lots of different glitter. Two coats provide full coverage as I used for these swatches. Swatches are with two layers of top coat...

This is really perfection...

    1. Thanks so much! We didn't get any snow (I'm in WA), but I've been hearing about the crazy weather in the mid-west and east. Thought this would be appropriate :)
