Gradient of Hearts Featuring Nicole by OPI Carrie Underwood Shades...

Hi! Valentine's Day is just a few days away so I've been playing around with pink polish once again. My boyfriend and I actually don't celebrate this holiday, but I have fun with themed manicures none the less. Anyone else like me out there? Don't celebrate it, but have fun making the manicures for it anyway?...

For this manicure I used four different Nicole by OPI shades from the Carrie Underwood collection. I thought the colors were perfect for a gradient or ombre look. I decided to try my hand at creating a gradient of hearts...

The base of the manicure is Nicole by OPI Love My Pups and the hearts from lightest to darkest are Color Me Country, Some Hearts and American as Apple Pie. I used a dotting tool to draw the hearts and a toothpick for the small dots in between...

I really like the gradual transition of color between these shades. They work so beautifully together...

I'd love to know what you think of this manicure, so don't hesitate to comment below!! :)

Thanks for looking!
Anutka :)
