The Nicole by OPI Scandalous! Neons mini kit contains: Blue Neon (index finger), Purple Neon (middle finger), Pink Neon (ring finger) and White Base (pinkie)
For these swatches, I used two coats of white base followed by three coats of the neon shades. Purple Neon was opaque enough to only need two coats, but I was on a roll so I used three coats of it as well. Blue Neon was the only one that was still a bit streaky at three coats, but it is hardly noticeable in real life. They dry slightly frosty so I used a top coat for these swatches...
Under black light, the Blue Neon glows the brightest (and makes me realize I didn't do a good job of cleaning up...). I find it interesting that the two shades which don't look the most neon during daylight, light up so bright under black light...
