31DC2013 Day 15 - Delicate Print

I can't believe it is already Day 15 of the 31 Day Nail Challenge. It seems to be flying by so quickly and we are about to get into the really challenging portion. Today's challenge calls for a delicate print manicure. I instantly thought of lace at the mention of delicate and decided to play around with stamping. As my latest obsession seems to be stamping over textured polish, I couldn't resist including this PixieDust in my manicure...

I started out with a base of Zoya Tomoko from the Fall collection. When it was all dry, I stamped the lace and rose patterns from Bundle Monster plate BM-323 using Essence Stamp Me! Black. I can't help but go to this rose pattern time and time again! It is definitely one of my favorites from the 3rd Bundle Monster set. I accented the ring finger with a few black studs that I purchased on Ebay...

Let me know what you think of this manicure in the comments section below!

Thanks for looking!

  1. This is very beautiful, delicate and elegant. I like it a lot, I just wouldn't add the accent stones.
With this combination, do you use a matte topcoat to seal it?

I am an admirer of your work which is always beautiful and very inspiring. Thanks for sharing. :o)

  9. This is really beautiful! The lacy design goes perfectly over the Pixie dust. I also tried stamping over a textured polish for the first time for my delicate print mani, I couldn't get my stamps so perfect though!

  12. Thank you so much everyone! I'm so glad that you like this manicure and stamping! I love stamping over textured polishes so I encourage you all to try it for sure :)

Lacquerdaisical, no top coat since I don't want to loose the texture. The stamping actually stays on very well without it.

@Jordan, thank you so much sweetie! Your manicure is just as gorgeous! <3
