I'm always slightly jealous of the abundance of Christmas holiday stamping patterns available. Although I do make good use of those said patterns (so I won't complain too much), I wish more companies would create patterns to celebrate other cultures, traditions and beliefs. There is always a part of me that gets super excited when I see a pattern that I can use for a Hanukkah manicure. So queue the excitement and a dizzying game of dreidel...
For this manicure, I used a base of Zoya Sailor topped of with Glam Polish Star Shadow flakies that I showed you a couple of days ago. I stamped the dreidel on my ring finger using Pure Ice Silver Mercedes (aka. Silver Star) and Bundle Monster plate BM-H02. The rest of the fingers I stamped using Silver Mercedes and Born Pretty Store plate BP-11...
The concentric stars make me think of getting dizzy while watching the dreidel spin and starting to see stars. Yes, I am silly like that...
I would love to know your thoughts on this manicure!
Thanks for looking!

This is wonderful and I absolutely agree with you, the companies should think about expanding their patterns to include different cultures, they would probably make more money out of it too ;)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. I hope the companies start making more culture conscious images too.
ReplyDeleteThe stars are stunning!
