For the manicure I started out with a base of El Corazon Poly Chrome 358, a gorgeous olive green shade that I fell head over heels in love with. Swatches of this beauty by itself are further down in the post.
I stamped my manicure using two Lily Anna stamping plates which are available from the Messy Mansion website. For the ring finger I used the Lily Anna 04 plate and for the rest of the nails I used the Lily Anna 03 plate. I thought it was fun that they both had the same water lily pattern, only in reverse.
The plates themselves measure 6 cm x 12 cm. This is the same size as MoYou London plates. The Lily Anna plates come with a blue protective plastic on the front of the plate which needs to be removed prior to use. In my excitement to play with the plates, I forgot to get a shot of them with the plastic, but I'm pretty sure by now you know what it looks like. The plates are bare metal on the back and do not have a paper or vinyl backing to them.
The full size images measure 15x20mm which is a great size. The images themselves are detailed enough to work for both shorter and longer nails. The plates are very well etched and stamp beautifully. I had no problems getting the images to pick up.
I used Essie Good as Gold from the Mirror Metallics collection for stamping. I recently purchased this collection for stamping and I have to say they all work as perfectly as I had hoped...
El Corazon Poly Chrome 358
An olive green shimmer. The formula on this is perfect, it applies easily and provides full coverage in just two coats. I was seriously mesmerized by this color. I just love the depth of the shimmer and the color itself. I know this beauty is definitely one I'll be wearing again! Swatches are with no top coat...
Ahh, just look at this beauty! The camera loved it too!...

DeleteCan you tell me how someone in the United States might get their hands on that polish? IT IS BEAUTIFUL! :D
ReplyDeleteThey are actively working on trying to make it available in the US market. I will let everyone know when it does become available, hopefully through one of the online resellers. For now they are having a lot of trouble shipping them safely from Russia :(
