Peanuts by OPI Swatches and Review

Hi Lovelies! Today I would like to share with you my swatches and review of the Peanuts by OPI collection. Inspired by the popular comic strip, this collection really captures it's essence with the four shades which include two beautiful creams and two fun glitter mixes...

Good Grief!
A sunny yellow with a barely there shimmer. The shimmer isn't noticeable on the nails, but I think it still somehow adds a softness to this shade and makes it more wearable. The formula was easy to apply and not streaky. I used three coats to get full coverage. Swatches are with no top coat...

To Be or Not To Beagle
A clear base with yellow, peach, orange, baby blue, blue and black hex glitter plus small black and bar glitter. This is quite an interesting mix of glitter and really reminds me of an old pixelated colored comic strip. I'm not too fond of the bar glitter in this mix, but that is just personal preference as I tend to shy away from most bar glitter. The glitter distributes easily and there is lots of variety in each brush stroke. I used two coats plus a top coat over OPI Good Grief! for these swatches...

Where's My Blanket???
A clear base with yellow, peach and black hex glitter plus small black glitter. This is the same as the glitter mix above, but obviously removing quite a few of the colors and the bar glitter. Application is the same, good variety of glitter in each brush stroke. I used two coats plus a top coat over OPI Mod About You.

Who Are You Calling Bossy?!?
A jet black cream. This does have a bit of a jelly aspect to it which gives it a great glossy finish and somehow makes it easier to clean up. The first coat was a bit patchy, but it built up to perfect coverage at two coats. I love it! My light box photos give it the appearance of a satin finish (or maybe that is just my imagination), but it really dries very glossy. Swatches are without a top coat...
