The gray shade that I'm referring to is Dance Legend Grey Britain that I showed you yesterday. I have really fallen for this lacquer and it quite easily moves into the "gray favorite" spot of my collection, pushing the long, long time unchallenged favorite, Zoya Kelly, to the number 2 spot. I don't know about you, but I didn't think that was possible.
To create this manicure, I used a piece of a sea sponge and white polish to dab random areas with white to create the mottled effect. I then stamped the star pattern from Winstonia plate W107 using KleanColor Black. I can't believe how perfectly this pattern matches the shoes.
It is these very occasions that I'm glad I have so many stamping plates to choose form and find just the perfect pattern to match. So this is for all the naysayers who ask me why I need so many stamping plates...
Thanks for looking!
Anutka :)

ReplyDeletePerfect match and perfect manicure! :-)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! If I were to be inspired by any of my shoes I'd have to end up just polishing my nails with one coat of black, lol.
