InDecisive Lacquer Speckled Neons

Hi Everyone! Today I would like to show you the very cute Speckled Neon toppers from InDecisive Lacquer. I'm a big fan of the black and white speckled shades so I was quite excited to try the new neon additions to the line. I tried them out over black and white and I am pleased to say that they most certainly did not disappoint...

The Speckled Neon lacquers are available in four different shades (from index finger to pinkie): Pink, Yellow, Green and Blue.

Each one is made up of tiny glitter suspended in a clear base. They apply and spread over the nail very easily. For these swatches I used one coat of each Speckled Neon shade over black. Swatches are with a top coat to smooth out the glitter...

I can't get over how cute these are! How fun would it be to layer multiple colors on each nail?

These swatches are one coat of the Speckled Neon shades over white. Topped off with a top coat for a smooth finish...
