Lacy Pink

Hello Lovelies!

I recently purchased a handful of beautiful Major Dijit stamping plates through a group buy on Facebook. As with all group buys, they took a while to finally arrive and I couldn't wait to play with them as soon as they were in my greedy little paws. The Major Dijit plates are chock full of lacy patterns and settling on which one to try first was the most taxing portion of creating the manicure. I chose to pair it with a bright pink by Dazzle Dry from their Summer 2015 Over the Rainbow collection. It is just slightly ironic that with Summer almost over, I'm finally digging into the Summer shades. Maybe a bit of wishful thinking, hoping that the sunshine lasts just a bit longer?

To create the manicure, I used the following:
  • Base color: Dazzle Dry Munchkin Madness
  • Stamping Plate: Major Dijit-05
  • Stamping Polish: Wet 'n Wild Black Creme
  • Gold accents: Maybelline Bold Gold

I'm thoroughly impressed and in complete awe of how well these plates stamp. The amount of fine detail that comes through is just amazing.

Dazzle Dry Munchkin Madness
A hot pink with a violet shimmer. It has a nice, easy to apply formula that dries quickly to a matte finish. For optimal wear, it should be used with the Dazzle Dry base and topcoat system. Two coats provide complete coverage. Shown here with a topcoat.

There is nothing quite like a bright pink to make it look as though I actually managed to get some sun this summer...

As always, I would love to know what you think of this manicure!

Thanks for looking!
Anutka :)
