InDecisive Ichor Green

I should be sleeping right now, but I have been wanting to show you the latest addition to the InDecisive Lacquer Ichor line for quite some time and I refuse to delay it any further. Ichor is now available in 5 awesome colors including the original black plus the colors red, purple, blue and now green. You can see my swatches of the previous colors here! The Ichor thermal top coats are really fun to play around with an layer. They all transition from clear when warm to their color state as they get cold...

I decided to have a bit of fun with stamping, but had some technical difficulties in the process. Apparently I'm out of practice when it comes to aligning french tip images. So much so that I had to redo a few nails more than once before I got it semi straight. Spending a little too much time trying to align the images, I ended up with bald spots in the transfer that I then had to fill in with a small brush and acrylic paint. It was a pain in the behind, but just motivates me to keep practicing because I like this look....

For the stamping I used Essence Stamp Me! White and Bundle Monster plate BM-219. The stamping of course is over the InDecisive Lacquer Ichor Green (layered over white)...

A few of the transition stages...

Ichor Green
A thermal top coat which transitions from clear when warm to green when cold. It can be layered over different bases. For my swatches I chose to layer it over white to show the 'pure' color. It also looks amazing over green for a fun yellow to green gradient in transition. I used one generous coat over the white base. Application was very nice. Swatches are with a top coat.

Cold state...

Warm state = transparent = base color...

I would also like to take a moment to show you a beautiful mini nail file that is available in the InDecisive Lacquer shop. This is a quality Czech glass mini nail file. It is perfect for on the go touch-ups. With it's fine grit, it is not meant to take down any significant amount of length, but works perfect for shaping or as I mentioned on the go. It comes in a black velvet case to protect it. I have been using it for a couple of months now and I love it. I do most of my filing with glass nail files and this is a welcome addition to my growing collection of mini files. If you've been looking for a quality mini glass nail fine, this is a great one!
