Butterflies...

Today I would like to show you a manicure that I created a few weeks ago while I was playing around with the Polished by KPT thermal beauties. With the MoYou challenge Day 28 theme of 'butterflies' in mind, I stamped lots and lots of them...

This manicure started out with a base of Polished by KPT Vanda. The lovely thermal shifts color from a grayish blue when warm to a medium orchid in the cold state. I stamped butterflies form MoYou London Mother Nature plate 01 in matching colors. For the blue I used Kaleidoscope mirror polish number f-02 and the pink is NYC Foil named Foil'er Up...

For a little bit of detail, I traced over the butterfly bodies with Maybelline Bold Gold and added small black antennae with acrylic paint. Using a small dotting tool, I added the dots also using Bold Gold...

Cold state for the thermal, Vanda...

Transition...

Warm state...

I would love to know what you think of this!

Thanks for looking!
Anutka :)

  1. I've been following your reviews on these thermal polishes and they're all so pretty! I need to get some in my collection. Loved the butterflies too, they really look nice on that colour.

  6. I think this manicure is delightful! By themselves, I am not a fan of the thermals but I do love how you have accentuated it with the choices of polish and positions for the butterflies. Just beautiful!
