Color Club Halo Hues - Spring 2013

Today I would like to show you the gorgeous Color Club Halo Hues collection that I have been swatching and wearing for the past few weeks. These are the Spring 2013 release. They are deeper and brighter shades than the 2012 release (which I have yet to swatch). Two of these lovelies were sent to me for review, but I knew that I wouldn't be able to live without the rest, so here they all are...

The formula on all of these beauties is very easy to work with and apply. All of them provide good coverage at just two coats and have good dry time. The only one I used three coats with is Kismet, but probably could have gotten away with two.

The holographic effect of these is amazing!! The photos don't do them justice since it is impossible to capture in a single shot something that is constantly changing...

I have my fingers crossed that Color Club releases more Halo Hues! I wouldn't hesitate to snatch them up as soon as I see them! I could wear these every day and not get bored! In fact just looking at the swatches makes me want to try them all again. They are always changing as the color is shifting and they keep me staring...

I hope you like these holos as much as I do because I have some fun nail art with each of them to show you soon...

Thanks for looking!
Anutka :)

  2. I love them, I think they should make a forest green, navy blue and deep red color next!

  3. Those are so pretty. I tried some of the glittery polish last week. But taking it off was really difficult. I can't remember off hand the brand. Do you have any suggestions for removing it easily. Thanks

  5. @Natalie, Thank you! It is so hard not to love holos :)

@Jolene, I wish they were taking requests and kept making more. The colors you listed sound gorgeous! :)

@Karen, Thank you! I'm so glad that you like these :)

@Cheri Ita, Glitter can be difficult to remove for sure. Take a look at my removing glitter tutorial for a soak off method or you can try a peel off base coat before applying glitter in the future. Hope this helps! :)

@TikiBarbie, Thank you so much! I'm glad you like them! :)

@ashley0107, Thank you! Those are both gorgeous! I think Miss Bliss has one of the stronger holos. So beautiful :)

  6. I would like to have all of them, but if I had to choose, my favourites would be Beyond and Over The Moon :-)
