Anchored on a Breeze

Hello Lovelies! I've got a bit of nail art for you today, once again playing with the new UberChic stamping plates and featuring one of the beautiful Polished by KPT thermals from the Basic Series. The Basic Series thermals make the perfect base for stamping and lend themselves beautifully to creating nail art...

For this manicure, I started out with a base of Polished by KPT Living on a Breeze which fits the anchor theme so perfectly, does it not? I stamped the tiny anchors from UberChic plate UC 2-03 using Essence Stamp Me! White. From a distance, the tiny anchors combine to create a lacy pattern which I absolutely adore. Who knew anchors could look so delicate...

Of course as with any thermal, you get multiple looks in one. The anchors really pop in the cold state...

In transition, they fade out toward the cuticles...

And almost completely disappear when the hands are warm...

I hope you enjoyed this manicure! Let me know what you think of it :)

Thanks for looking!
Anutka :)

  1. I love it! I really love the way it fades out and is almost monotone in the last large picture.

  4. I've never really 'got' thermal polishes before, but this is lovely. Maybe because it's a crème polish with the stamping it just works nicely for me ... and the anchors are seriously cute! Love it!
