Barielle Vibrants Collection Swatches and Review!

Hello All! :)

Today I would like to show you the Barielle Vibrants collection. This is the second half of the spring release and features six gorgeous bright cream shades. In case you missed the softer Velvets half of the collection yesterday, you can check it out here...

Fire Me Up
A bright carrot orange crelly. This starts out fairly sheer and builds up to full coverage at three coats. The formula is non-streaky and easy to apply. Swatches are with no top coat...

Money Talks
A minty blue/green cream. The formula is more difficult to work with than others in this collection. It is a bit thicker and does not self-level very well. Also, it doesn't dry as shiny as the rest. For those reasons I decided to use a top coat with this polish and discovered that it changes the color from a bluish mint to a slightly greener one. In these swatches, I have a top coat on all the nails except for the ring finger. The difference was more noticeable in reality than it shows in photos...

First Class Ticket
A sky blue cream. This one also has a very nice and smooth, two coat formula. Similarly to Money Talks, it also changes color slightly with a top coat. The difference is a bit more noticeable in reality as the shade changes from sky blue to more of a periwinkle blue. Swatches here show a top coat on the ring finger. The rest of the nails have no top coat...

Money Talks and First Class Ticket were the only shades that seem to be affected by at top coat.

  1. My Money Talks changed color with topcoat too, I thought that was so weird!

    1. I tried both the Barielle Manicure Extender top coat and a Sally Hansen Hard as Nail top coat. Both changed the color.
