Black Roses Featuring OPI Make Him Mine and MoYou Stamping

Hi Everyone! Today I've got a manicure to show you that I actually wore at the beginning of Dec, but have not gotten a chance to post about you until now. It has been sitting in a folder with lots and lot of other photos that are waiting for their time in the spotlight. Maybe if we can all just vote to extend the days a little bit? An extra hour or two a day would really help! Is that too much to ask for? OK, getting side tracked here, let's get back to the manicure...

For the accent nails in this mani, I used a base of OPI Liquid Sand Make Him Mine from the Mariah Carey collection. I stamped the roses using the MoYou Pro Collection 10 stamping plate and Wet 'n Wild Black Creme. I did not use a top coat over the stamping, to preserve the textured look and feel of the polish. The stamping does adhere quite well without it...

For the remainder of the nails, I used Wet 'n Wild Black Creme and accented them with metal studs from The BornPrettyStore in a color matching the Liquid Sand shade...

Thanks for looking!
Anutka :)

  2. What a luxurious looking manicure. At the time I saw that liquid sand in the stores, I was 'meh'. But it looks so nice with your stamping that I almost wish I had gotten it now! And I love the WnW black, especially for that price point.

  5. I have been lusting after this color since it came out! "Make IT Mine" ;) and now I really need it in my life. So beautiful, I really like the stamping you did over it, too! The black compliments the pink so well.

LOL! I hope you do make it yours! This is such a pretty delicate color. I was worried the black would be too strong for it, but it stands it's ground well! :)
