To create this manicure, I started out with a base of OPI A-Piers to be Tan on all nails except for the pinkie where I used OPI Don't Pretzel My Buttons. I stamped the pinkie using Gals plate GA8 and A-Piers to be Tan. For the flower on the ring finger I used OPI First Date at the Golden Gate and acrylic paint....Yeah, my freehand could really use some help and practice, but I'm really proud of myself for trying more of it. Someday my lines will hopefully be cleaner and smoother, but I'm happy with this for now. I really like how the flower turned out...
Let me know what you think of this manicure! I love reading your thoughts on it!

ReplyDeleteYour freehand skills look amazing to me! This is beautiful! And I know how you feel about the nail break - I broke one two days before the 31dc ended.
ReplyDeletemuito linda, adorei!!!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! Okay, the stamp is just perfect, and the "ruffian" dotting is a fantastic touch. And gah, the freehanded flower is AMAZEBALLS. We all judge our lines so harshly for the slightest little spot where maybe it isn't perfectly straight or whatever, but this. is. fabulous. ♥
ReplyDeleteGreat Job!

ReplyDeleteYou are all so amazing and encouraging with your comments! Thank you so much for that! I know I'm my own biggest critic and I just need to practice until I feel more comfortable with it. I'm pretty happy with how this turned out and spurred by your wonderful comments I'm motivated to keep trying freehand nail art! Thank you! I'm really glad you like this nail art and flower :)
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic - I absolutely love it! I admire your freehand handiwork. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Andrea! I need to keep practicing my freehand so my lines are not as shaky! Ahh, someday! :D
