For the manicure I used a base of Barielle Head of the Class Green followed by InDecisive Mermaid. I stamped the mermaid and bubbles from an Ebay plate m72 (a knockoff plate of Konad m34) and the shells from Winstonia plate W108 using Pure Ice Silver Mercedes...
I really like how sweet and simple this looks. I wanted to avoid obscuring the glitter too much...

I think it is a matter of the base color. Had I paired it with a more teal base, it would probably give off more of a mermaid vibe! I'm glad you like it :)
